Rachel DB Creative aims to delight you with useful goods and art for your kitchen and home that are lovely enough to gift to others, and especially awesome to treat yourself.
If you are not delighted with what you receive, get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing thiswoulddelightme@racheldb.com. You’ll ship unwanted items back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you replacement items, or refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping your original delivery.

Please factor in 4-7 business days processing time on your order.
The Processing Time is how long it will take your order to be printed, picked, packed and prepared for shipping. It does not include transit time once the package has been shipped.
DOMESTIC: Choose from USPS First Class (5-10 days) or Priority Shipping (2-3 days), or UPS Ground or 3-Day to all addresses in the US. The USPS does not guarantee shipping times for First Class and Priority Mail.
Shipping times are for in-transit times only and do not include processing time.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
We will ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect address information provided when your order was placed, I reserve the right to request compensation to resend your order. If you have a suite or apartment number, this is required in order to reach the delivery address.
LOST PACKAGES:
Packages sent to domestic addresses are not considered lost until the 21 day mark from the date the package was sent, at which time I will send an affidavit (a sworn document) for you to verify that the package has not yet been received. If the package has not been received, I will either reimburse or resend the items at my discretion. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address provided on the order, please see the above paragraph "SHIPPING ADDRESSES". If the online tracking indicates the package was delivered, we are not obligated to refund or replace the order.
WE COMBINE SHIPPING:
If the shipping collected exceeds the cost of shipping (postage + packing materials + insurance) we will reimburse you. We typically do this at the time we print the postage for your order. This way you receive the best possible refund and it's the fastest way to order.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS:
Shipping notifications are sent by email to your email address the day your order is shipped.

The only international shipping we offer at this time is to Canada via USPS First Class Mail International.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Free Electronic Delivery Confirmation through the USPS is automatically included on packages sent to Canada. Electronic Delivery Confirmation is not automatically included on letters (card only shipments).
CUSTOMS / DUTY / TAXES / VAT / ETC
All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. We do not have any control over customs and the packages they randomly inspect, and packages we ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.
FALSIFYING CUSTOMS FORMS
We do not mark international orders as "gift", and we do not undervalue the contents of the package.
LOST PACKAGES: Packages sent to international addresses are not considered lost until the 45 day mark from the date the package was sent, at which time we will send an affidavit (a sworn document) for you to verify that the package has not yet been received. If the package has not been received, we will either reimburse or resend the items at our discretion.
PACKAGES THAT ARE HELD & NOT CALLED FOR: These are typically packages that are being held for pick up because they are, for any reason, un-deliverable, or are awaiting taxes to be paid prior to delivery and are unclaimed by the intended recipient. We are not responsible in any way for packages being held, for the taxes owed, or any such delay or inability for the mail delivery system in your country to deliver your package. This is between you and your local mail delivery service. Please contact them about any issues with packages being held, or any other issue they are having with delivering your package.
